The design of this character is quite cool, as is the technique for that shading. Makes me think of an album cover art from the late 90's or early 2000s in a way. Which is a subject i don't have much experience on or reference for, but in essence I want to say:
Sweet work.

If I understand correctly, this character is some sort of waitress made out of swirly-patterned coconuts and tropical leaves with a rather nice shade of light blue for the hair?
Really dig the headpiece and the black sclerae for the eyes especially.

Not much i can really think of saying, other than that this is flipping cool and stylish. Good poses and energy, very solid working on the pure black and white, and a cool font for his name.

Nice teeth, too.

Though I haven't watched Rotgrind, seeing fan art like this for such tabletop web series projects is quite incredible. Fwoly *huck*, a lot of time must have gone into the shine for the edges of those bricks, both on the roadside and on the balustrateds on the bridge above. Same for all the softer shadowing under the characters, the grime on the walls and chairs and gutter, and the generally painterly feel.

From a random person on the internet, you more than deserve to be proud of this, and I hope that if the Narrative Declaration crew has seen it, that it's made their day.

These are really sweet drawings in a nice and rather comfortable art style with the materials you used. Looks fit for a high-quality children's book.
The shine on the hair in the first image and texturing of the second image are especially good stuff.
