[Happy memories]

The comment by ShangXian on this drawing is more profound than I could put into words and rings quite true for me as well.
On top of that, this is one of the gnarliest and most pleasantly illustrated monsters i've seen all month, especially thanks to the kinds of brushes/texturing/techniques you used for giving it the shape and presnece it has.
Man, I love monsters that go all-out on being so weird and horrific. But to see such a beast in all its unapologetic grotesqueness, tied to a tale of kindness and sweetness (in this case with a morbid side to it in regards to the people that chased them) , is quite heartening.

Awesome job. If you ever make a story with these, i wish you a lot of good luck and fun on it.

For a moment i thought this was some sort of monster/corpse state version of Manny Calavera. Pretty sick work with both forms of shading.

I can see how you saw that! The strange design of the head shape and everything was drawn with absolutely no planning, a very meditative process that was fun to indulge in. Im super glad you enjoy it! <3

Such a weird, weird man from a weird, weird show. The texturing you did for his fur, hair and arm scales is very unique and interesting. Super striking. Love the spiky parts on his body too and you did great on the patterns for the loincloth.

[In the Troll Woods]

I don't have super much to say, i just think this is a really nice piece with a magical atmosphere.

In some ways the rider could perhaps be casting a sign of saying "HALT!" but i'd prefer to interpret it as a greeting for the troll.

This creature makes me think of a land, or sea and many islands, that in style are somewhere in-between Oceania and Clive Barker's Abarat. Looks fascinating and powerful.

Interesting, there seem to be some --what i assume to be-- African elements, but the writing appears to be Nordic runes.

The man who has perfected the skill of cuffing someone from a distance by throwing the cuffs like a boomerang, and carries persistence on the level of the Terminator.

[Joromboro lands]

This looks very interesting, bizarre, and surreal. Seems to be a kind of glass dome peeking into a monastic order with great mental or magical capacities.
I'm liking the outfits of the characters here and the art style is *awesome* as well. I'm glad to have come across this.
